Our Trainer
My name is Terri Spencer
I am the co-owner and trainer at Kentucky Canine Campus. My dog behavior and training journey began when I was just a child, and I have been training dogs professionally for over 15 years. Dogs are not just a hobby for me - they are my life's passion.

I am one of only three dog trainers in Kentucky who is certified by the National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors (NADOI); the oldest and most respected certifying organization for trainers in the world. In 2023, I joined the board of directors for NADOI and continue to serve in that capacity and on several NADOI committees.

The most important thing I've learned is that the training approach must suit the dog and the owners involved. I utilize a variety of different techniques and tools depending on the needs of the team I am working with. However, the goal is always the same - to help you reach your training goals with clear communication, mutual understanding, and compassion.

Indoor Dog Gym
Climate-Controlled and Unleashed!
Our indoor gym offers a unique, climate-controlled space for dogs and owners to come together! Training through play is powerful and any time spent having fun with your dog will only further strengthen your relationship.

Equipped with AKC-regulation-sized agility equipment, a treadmill, and one of the safest floor options for high-impact activity (Great Mats agility flooring), the indoor dog gym at Kentucky Canine Campus is the place to be!
Gym Rates
Discounts apply for additional dogs from same household.
All services are by appointment only.
Community Rate | $14.99
One hour of gym time - other dogs and owners might be present during your visit.
Community Dogs must receive a (free) temperament assessment before their first visit.
Private Rate | $19.99
One hour of gym time for just you and your dog. Great for reactive dogs or those needing minimal distractions for training.
Monthly Membership | $49.99
Unlimited gym one-hour reservations for one monthly fee. (Reservation times are on a first-come, first-serve basis.)
